To improve the quality of our service and ensure a good and enjoyable shopping experience, we offer three shipping options: "Premium Shipping," "Standard Shipping," and "Economy Shipping."
Premium Shipping:
Delivery within 3-7 business days (excluding production time) directly to your home front.
This shipping option is free for orders over 180 USD.
Premium shipping is recommended for more urgent orders.
Standard Shipping:
Delivery within 5-12 business days (excluding production time) to a pickup point.
This shipping option is free for orders over 100 USD.
Standard shipping is recommended for non-urgent orders and for those who prefer not to wait too long for their orders.
Economy Shipping:
Delivery within 9-20 business days (excluding production time) directly to your home front.
This shipping option is free for orders over 70 USD.
Economy shipping is recommended for those who don't mind waiting longer and want to save on shipping costs.
Production & Processing Times
- Please note that order processing and product preparation times may vary due to holiday volumes, order volumes, and material shortages.
- In cases of extreme delays exceeding 18 business days, Formabonita will offer a full refund to the customer. If significant delays are anticipated by the website management, the customer will be informed, and a full refund will be offered.
- We manufacture each product individually to maintain a high and unique product standard. Order processing times begin after the first 12 hours. During this time, you have the option to change, cancel, exchange, or update your order.
- The production process time varies from product to product and is listed separately on each product page. Production times range between 3-12 business days, depending on the complexity of your design.
- For Regular products, order processing times are significantly shorter, ranging between 2-6 business days. These products undergo a series of quality tests, packaged, and shipped using the chosen shipping method.
- During National holiday, delays may occur due to order volumes or factory closures for holidays.
- For orders containing both Regular products and custom-designed products, the order will be shipped together with the custom-designed products.
- If you wish to receive the regular products before your custom-designed items are ready, please inform us either by contacting us directly via email or WhatsApp, or by specifying your preference during the checkout process on the cart page. We will then ensure that your order is fulfilled accordingly, with the regular products shipped first followed by the custom-designed items.

Lost/Missing Packages
Formabonita and the website management are not responsible if the provided billing and shipping address is incorrect. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is accurate before placing the order.
If an error is made by Formabonita employees, the website management will take full responsibility for the original order made without charge.
The three shipping options require the following conditions for your package to arrive safely, and for the protection plan to cover in case the package is lost:
Full name.
Valid address with postal code.
Valid phone number for supplier coordination.
Valid email address to receive shipping updates and tracking number.
If you identify an error in the details you provided, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email as soon as possible so we can correct it. We can correct any errors as long as the order has not yet been handed over to the shipping company.
Maximum Delivery Times
The maximum delivery time including production and processing times (depending on the chosen service) is 14-45 business days. However, there are many factors beyond our control that can cause delays, such as delays from shipping companies, war, storms, natural disasters, etc.
If the delivery is not received within 45 business days, Formabonita will provide a full refund without any conditions.
Order Tracking, Tracking Number, and Updates
After the order production process is completed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to enter the "Track My Order" page on our website, where you will enter your order number and tracking number to receive ongoing updates on your shipment until it is received.
Additionally, we will inform you at every stage of the order process:
When the factory receives your design, you will receive an email and WhatsApp message confirming that everything is in order.
When the factory/warehouse informs us that they have finished preparing the product, you will receive an email and WhatsApp message.
When we ship the order using the selected shipping method, you will receive an email and WhatsApp message with a tracking number to track your shipment.
Please note that the tracking number will only be sent after the factory has completed the production of the order, or only after the order processing is complete.

For certain shipping companies, it may take 1-3 business days for the information to be updated in their system.
If your order was shipped more than 4 business days ago and you still haven't received any information about your tracking number/order, please contact us.
